Big thanks to Gucken for featuring my piece Stargaze II...hadn't even realised that i'd been awarded one. Marks a pretty decent achievment for me, this DD being the 6th one I have been invovled with over my 4 years at dA.


As I say, clearly i've been gone too long if I don't even realise when i've been given one of those bad boys.

Whats going on with dA then? Whats going on with spaceart?

So i'm thinking, it is probably about time to dust off PS again. I won't promise a grand return because, in my experience at least, they never fully bloom. However, I have seen some works that are nudging at me, making me want to prove that I still have some vision to add.

ATM I have 3 things on my horizon:

1 - Get back into illustration. Nice and general.

2 - Begin work on my online portfolio (that one is going to take ages lul)

3 - Return to my article on spaceart, largely needs re writing due to irrelevance now.

So that is that. Peace out.

So anyway, yesh, am off to Bulgaria tomorrow for 10 days, looking forward to it Hopefully will have a new set of photos to show once I get back (Nameless-Designer sold me his Canon EOS 350D and I haz been hiding my first few photos xD.)

In worse news, I was supposed to be illustrating the first piece for Space-Artists new pack. Unfortunately my laptop hates me and has decided that I am no longer worthy to use it (practically dying in the process.) As such I am having to pull out Still, if Scott reads this, I reckon you should get Alexei to start, thats my vote. Given a little luck I can fix the laptop, and get back into the art scene when I come back. (go here for a lil forum post, [link])
